This policy applies to: all employees, officers, and directors of Optima PM Ltd; and contractors,
consultants, suppliers, and service providers acting on our behalf.

We are committed to: acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings; ensuring effective
systems and controls are in place to prevent modern slavery within our operations and supply chain;
and taking reasonable steps to ensure our suppliers and contractors also comply with these values.

4. Risk Management and Supply Chain
While Optima PM Ltd is a UK-based block and estate management company with a low risk of modern
slavery in its direct operations, we recognise risks may exist within our supply chain (e.g., cleaning,
maintenance, and construction services). We will: engage with suppliers and contractors to ensure they
meet our standards; include clauses in contracts requiring compliance with the Modern Slavery Act; and
review supplier relationships where risks are identified.

5. Training and Awareness
We will provide employees with awareness training where appropriate to help them identify signs of
modern slavery and understand how to report concerns.

6. Reporting Concerns
Employees, suppliers, or third parties are encouraged to report any concerns related to modern slavery
or human trafficking. Reports can be made confidentially to info@optimapm.co.uk.

7. Continuous Improvement

Optima PM Ltd will review this policy annually and take steps to improve our practices to combat
modern slavery.

8. Approval
This policy has been approved by the directors of Optima PM Ltd and will be reviewed and updated as
necessary.
