What services do you provide as managing agents?
We handle service charge budgeting, accounting, health & safety compliance,
contractor management, insurance arrangements, and resident communication.
How do you ensure compliance with legal requirements?
We keep up to date with landlord & tenant law, health & safety legislation, fire safety
regulations, and company secretarial duties (if a management company is in place).
How do you select and manage contractors?
We use vetted, insured contractors, obtain competitive quotes, and monitor quality of
work. Residents are kept informed of planned works.
What reporting do I receive as freeholder?
You’ll receive regular financial reports, updates on maintenance, compliance checks,
and details of any major issues arising on the estate/block.
What if residents refuse to pay service charges?
We manage arrears collection in line with the lease/deeds, including reminder
notices and legal action where necessary.
Will I still have control over decisions?
Yes. As freeholder (or landlord), you retain decision-making powers. We provide
professional advice and recommendations, but major decisions are approved by you.
