Please check your current management agreement, but it is normally between 3-6 months

Yes – absolutely. We agree the figures with your current agents and apportion.

 Please request that your solicitor contacts us directly with any queries regarding your property, so that we can collate them for inclusion in the conveyancing pack

Service charges fund the upkeep of communal areas, such as street lighting, road
maintenance, gardening, and estate repairs. A detailed breakdown is issued
annually with you service charge demand.

Please report issues via our online portal or email. For urgent safety issues (e.g.,
fallen trees blocking a road), call our emergency contact number.

Depending on your property’s covenants, you may need written consent before
making external changes (e.g., new fencing, extensions, or driveways). Always
check your TP1 before starting work.

The estate’s communal areas are insured by the management company. You must
arrange your own home and contents insurance for your property.

Residents can attend the estate’s AGM yearly or join the residents’ management
company (if one is in place). You can also send feedback to the management team
at any time to filter down .
