The quotation for your standard management fee has been calculated at £120 (inc VAT) per annum per unit (41 Units). Our management fees cover the full administration of the estate including financial management, contractor coordination, site inspections, maintenance supervision and resident engagement. We ensure this is efficiently run, well-maintained and compliant with all regulations. 

An annual charge of £600 (inc VAT) will be applied for company secretarial fees. This covers statutory compliance, ICO registration, company filings, meeting administration, record keeping and liaison with directors and regulatory bodies. This ensures the smooth, compliant operation of the residents’ management company whilst maintaining transparency and accuracy in all governance matters. Fees are fixed annually.

Our annual charge for audit and accountancy fees total £960 (inc VAT). This covers the preparation of annual service charge accounts, financial reporting and independent auditing to ensure accuracy and transparency. We manage all statutory requirements, reconcile income and expenditure whilst providing clear financial statements for residents. 

Additional services required on the estate will be fully reviewed and individually quoted once our management service costs have been agreed.
