How much notice do I have to give our current managing agent
Please check your current management agreement, but it is normally between 3-6 months
Can switching be done mid-financial year?
Yes – absolutely. We agree the figures with your current agents and apportion to the end of the financial year.
Where are you based?
West Sussex and cover the South of England.
Will we also have to change contractors ?
Not unless you choose to. We can continue working with your existing trusted contractors or if preferred, we can identify alternative providers to deliver improved value and service.
What happens to our service charge funds when we switch?
Funds are securely transferred from your old agent to Optima, with full transparency and a clear audit trail.
